In a perfect world I could live on ice cream.
Everybody knows my approach to healthy eating is not about deprivation, but rather innovation.
So my new obsession is creating healthier versions of ice cream, frozen yogurt and sorbets using fresh and frozen fruit, real organic yogurt, natural, unrefined sweeteners and coconut milk.
